The Sky Valley Property Owners Association exists to support property owners opportunities to gain information about our community and provide social opportunities for owners.
The Sky Valley POA sponsors these activities to help you get to know your community:
- Welcome Back Party (summer)
- Going Away Party (fall)
- Pancake Breakfasts throughout the season
- Fourth of July cookout, parade, fireworks and more
- Fallfest crafts, music and more
- Membership directory (published every two years)
- Emails on upcoming events and news
- And Supports property values through a marketing campaign in partnership with the City, the Country Club and the Timeshares
- Provides representation at City Council meetings and in Rabun County
- Supports the larger community by dedicating funds to charities that make a difference in our area
